The Cisco Room Panorama is an immersive video system targeted for boardrooms.
The main tasks were to improve the "greet" experience when participants first entered the meeting room, and when only 1 of the 3 screens was in use when in a video call.

The  updated view of the video device when participants entered the room

Initially only the left screen showed any content, while the other 2 remained black. To ensure participants that all screens were indeed functional we presented a a background flowed from one screen to the other. With these stunning images we also ceased the opportunity to showcase the high quality of the device, even before the video meeting started.
The screens could be configured with the center screen above or below the dual screens.

Relevant, but non essential information was added to the secondary screens when the device was being used for a video meeting. When the other screens became populated, this information could be found somewhere else - like the meeting invitation.
